Blondies are the amazing cousin of brownies, but with brown butter flavor! They’re delicious on their own but made that much better with the addition of convenient apple filling and pecans.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.
In a saucepan, brown the butter over medium-high heat, about 5-8 minutes.
Remove the butter from the heat and stir in the cinnamon, baking powder, brown sugar, and eggs. Whisk to combine.
Add the flour and stir until combined. Fold in Lucky Leaf’s Apple Fruit Filling or Topping and pecans into the batter.
Transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Top with additional pecans if desired.
Bake the blondies for 40-45 minutes, until golden. Allow to cool in the pan, then cut into bars.
