Strawberry Shortcakes

  1. Step 1
    Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together.

  2. Step 2
    Cut in the butter, then stir in the milk and vanilla just until it's all mixed together, do not over mix.

  3. Step 3
    Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Shortcakes doesn’t brown much, they will be light in color.

  4. Step 4
    Slice and serve with Lucky Leaf Strawberry Fruit Filling and a dollop of whipped cream on top!
