Strawberry Croissant French Toast Bake

This recipe is a great way to dress up the traditional French toast recipe, and the Lucky Leaf Premium Strawberry Fruit Filling or Topping adds so much flavor and the perfect amount of sweetness.

  1. Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

  2. Step 2
    In a large bowl whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Toss in the croissant pieces until coated and place them in the baking dish.

  3. Step 3
    Spoon Lucky Leaf Premium Strawberry Fruit Filling on top of the croissant pieces and drizzle the remaining egg mixture over the casserole.

  4. Step 4
    Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. When done, dust with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.
