Strawberry Croissant French Toast Bake

  1. Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

  2. Step 2
    In a large bowl whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Toss in the croissant pieces until coated and place them in the baking dish.

  3. Step 3
    Spoon Lucky Leaf Premium Strawberry Fruit Filling on top of the croissant pieces and drizzle the remaining egg mixture over the casserole.

  4. Step 4
    Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. When done, dust with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.
