Strawberry Cream Cheese Passion Pie

  1. Step 1
    In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.

  2. Step 2
    Slowly add sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla until mixed well.

  3. Step 3
    Pour into crust. Chill 6 to 8 hours or until firm and then top with LUCKY LEAF Premium Strawberry Pie Filling; or cut pieces and spoon filling over each slice.

    I love this pie and have made it for 40 years without a problem but in the last year it does not “set” no matter how long I chill it.. what am I doing wrong?

    Made this yesterday for the first time. I went to serve it today, and it had not set up at all! I followed the directions exactly.
    What a waste of time & money.
    Do not make this!
