A quick and easy no bake dessert, this Caramel Apple Tiramisu is a hit at every party.
Arrange one layer of ladyfingers on the bottom of a baking dish filling in the spaces with smaller pieces if necessary. Drizzle the apple cider/coffee mixture over the ladyfingers to lightly soak.
In a bowl, beat the mascarpone, heavy cream, espresso powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar with a hand mixer until fluffy and smooth. Spread 1/2 the mascarpone cheese over the ladyfingers in an even layer.
Top the mascarpone with one can Lucky Leaf Caramel Apple Fruit Filling. Arrange another layer of ladyfingers over the apples. Spread the remaining mascarpone over the ladyfingers and top with apples as a garnish.
