  • 1 7.05-ounce package Ladyfingers (about 24 cookies)

Lemon Cream Filling


  • 3 Tablespoons agave nectar mixed with 3 Tablespoons limoncello liqueur


  1. Step 1
    In a medium bowl, beat together cream, mascarpone, zest and marshmallow creme until soft peaks form. Mixture will be like whipped cream cheese.

  2. Step 2
    Beat in 1 cup of lemon filling.

  3. Step 3
    Spray 8 by 8 glass pan with nonstick spray.

  4. Step 4
    Spoon remaining 1 cup of lemon pie filling in bottom of pan.

  5. Step 5
    Dip 12 lady fingers in agave-lemon mixture and press into lemon filling.

  6. Step 6
    Repeat with another layer of dipped lady fingers, and top with remaining lemon cream filling.

  7. Step 7
    Let chill. Garnish top with lemon zest, lemon slices, raspberries and mint leaves, if desired.
