Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease 13" X 9" baking pan.
Using mixer, beat flour, oats, 3/4 cup sugar and butter until crumbly. Set aside 1 1/2 cups mixture.
Press remaining mixture on bottom of greased pan. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Using mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth; then stir in lemon juice. Spread over baked crust.
Combine fruit filling, cornstarch and remaining 1 Tablespoon brown sugar. Spoon over cheese layer. Top with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and cut into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
