Preheat oven to 350°. Liberally grease a 13 X 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix, fruit topping, eggs and cinnamon with a handheld electric mixer for about 2 minutes or until combined. Spread into prepared pan.
Bake approximately 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
Once cool, prepare your frosting.
In a large bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter, cream cheese and vanilla until blended, about 2 minutes.
Gradually add in the powdered sugar, about a cup at a time, until frosting is light and fluffy.
Add in the milk or cream as needed to loosen the frosting.
Beat in cinnamon.
Spread frosting on cooled cake and serve.
