Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl, mix cake batter according to box instructions.
Pour batter into 9 X 9 or 9 X 13 pan, then evenly top with fruit filling.
Make the "crisp" topping by combining sugar, flour, brown sugar and butter until it is a sand-like consistency.
Cover cake batter completely with the crisp topping. (depending on size of pan you use, you may have some topping leftover)
Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until firm all the way through. If top gets dark, simply cover with foil until it's done.
Time saving tip: Grate frozen butter into dry ingredients using a grater, to make it simpler to work together.
