Place the chips in a large bowl and drizzle melted butter over all. Toss with your hands to evenly coat the chips.
Mix together cinnamon and sugar in separate bowl. Sprinkle half over the chips and toss with your hands. Add the rest of the cinnamon sugar and toss again until all chips are coated.
Place chips on large platter or individual plates.
Add caramel apple fruit filling to chips and top with caramel sauce, whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.
