Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, sour cream and vanilla extract. Beat at medium speed until smooth and creamy.
Spread mixture evenly into bottom of a 10-inch pie plate.
Top with caramel apple filling.
In separate small bowl, combine flour, melted butter, and brown sugar to create streusel topping. Sprinkle over fruit filling.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve warm with graham crackers, vanilla wafers or any of your favorite dippers!
