American Flag Cheesecake

Celebrate the red, white, and blue with a stunning American Flag Cheesecake that’s as delicious as it is patriotic! This delightful dessert starts with a buttery graham cracker crust, topped with a creamy and luscious cheesecake filling. To create the flag design, carefully spoon Lucky Leaf Blueberry Fruit Filling into the upper left corner of the cheesecake, and top with “stars” of the flag. Then, using Lucky Leaf Cherry Fruit Filling, create rows of “stripes” across the rest of the cheesecake. The result is a beautiful and festive dessert that’s perfect for Memorial Day celebrations or any patriotic occasion. Serve chilled and watch as this stunning cheesecake becomes the star of your dessert table!

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake

  • 3 boxes (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Topping

Directions

  1. Step 1
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until well mixed. Use your hands to press the crust into ungreased 13"x9" pan, making sure the crust is even.

  2. Step 2
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice and sugar until smooth. Set aside. In a separate bowl, add the whipping cream, vanilla, powdered sugar, and beat until stiff peaks form. Use a spatula to fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until completely combined. Spread the batter over the crust evenly.

  3. Step 3
Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight. Use a toothpick to draw out your flag design. Add the blueberry and cherry fruit filling to make the flag design. Top with edible star sprinkles.
