Strawberry S’mores Tarts

When it comes to delicious and creative dessert ideas, strawberry s’mores tarts are a definite winner. Combining the classic flavors of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows with the sweetness of strawberries, these tarts are a crowd-pleaser that’s sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.

  1. Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray 12 cups of a silicone muffin pan* with nonstick cooking spray. Place the silicone muffin pan on a baking sheet.

  2. Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, butter, brown sugar, and salt together until all the crumbs are moistened.

  3. Step 3
Divide the graham cracker mixture between the 12 prepared muffin cups. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the muffin cups to pack it onto the bottom and sides.

  4. Step 4
Add 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips to each cup. Add 1 heaping tablespoon marshmallows (about 9 mini marshmallows) to each cup on top of the chocolate chips.

  5. Step 5
Place the muffin pan (with cookie sheet) in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted and the tops of the marshmallows are lightly browned. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the muffin pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes.

  6. Step 6
Remove the tarts from the pan by running a butter knife or small spatula around the edges of each muffin cup, then pushing upwards from the bottom to pop the tarts out of the mold (the crust will be delicate), and transfer to a serving dish. Top each tart with 2 heaping tablespoons of LUCKY LEAF® Premium Strawberry Fruit Filling or Topping.

  7. Step 7
*If you don't have a silicone muffin pan, you can alternatively use a standard metal muffin pan with cupcake liners sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. You will not need to place the pan on the cookie sheet if using a standard muffin pan with liners; you can place the muffin pan directly onto the oven rack.
