Ingredients

  • 1 21-ounce can LUCKY LEAF® Premium Strawberry Fruit Filling & Topping
  • 1 3-ounce package cream cheese (or reduced-fat cream cheese)
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 4 cups strawberry ice cream, softened
  • 2 12-ounce cans cream soda, chilled
  • 6 fresh strawberries (optional)

Directions

  1. Step 1
    In a blender, combine pie filling, cream cheese, almond extract, half of the ice cream and half of the cream soda. Blend until smooth.

  2. Step 2
    Divide mixture into six tall 16-ounce chilled glasses. Add remaining ice cream to the glasses, then top with remaining cream soda.

  3. Step 3
    Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
