Delicate, golden, and bursting with fruity goodness—these Puff Pastry Fruit-Filled Flowers are almost too pretty to eat (almost!). Flaky puff pastry is cut and shaped into charming flower petals, then filled with your favorite Lucky Leaf fruit filling—think cherry, blueberry, peach, or apple—for a sweet and vibrant center. Baked until perfectly crisp and golden, each bite delivers buttery layers and a pop of luscious fruit. Dust with powdered sugar for an extra touch of magic. Perfect for brunches, spring celebrations, or a whimsical dessert any day of the week!
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
Remove the puff pastry sheets from the freezer and let it thaw for 15-20 minutes, or until cold but pliable. Unfold one sheet of puff pastry dough; use a flower-shaped cookie cutter to cut 9 flowers out of the square sheet of puff pastry.*
Step 3
Place the flowers on the prepared baking sheet; repeat with the second sheet of puff pastry. Spoon about 1 ½ teaspoons of fruit filling into the center of each of the puff pastry flowers.
Step 4
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Dust the tops with powdered sugar and serve warm.
*TIP – Bake the leftover scraps until golden brown and roll them in cinnamon sugar while they’re hot! Dip in leftover fruit filling or caramel sauce! You can also bake these in a mini muffin tin if you have one!
