Peach Pecan Crumble Pie

Half pie, half crumble and the best of both worlds! Baked with a pie crust and a crunchy pecan streusel topping, both compliment the peach filling perfectly. And as the name implies, this pie might “crumble” a bit when serving, but don’t worry. Top with ice cream or whipped cream and it’s sure to please.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pecans, toasted & finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, chopped and cold
  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust, par baked
  • 2 (21 oz. cans) Lucky Leaf Peach Fruit Filling

Directions

  1. Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter. Using a pastry blender or your fingers in a snapping motion combine ingredients until small clumps form. Allow topping to chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.

  3. Step 3
Pour both cans of Lucky Leaf Peach Fruit Filling into prepared pie shell. Sprinkle pecan topping evenly over the pie and tent with foil. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, removing the foil during the last 15 minutes. Cool completely, then chill in the fridge before serving.
