Apple Bundt Cake with Apple Sauce

  1. Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 10-inch tube pan or bundt cake pan.

  2. Step 2
    Combine the flour, salt, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl. Stir in the Musselman's apple sauce, eggs, orange juice and vanilla; mix well. Add LUCKY LEAF Premium Apple Fruit Filling and stir. Pour batter evenly into the prepared pan.

  3. Step 3
    Bake for 1 hour. Let cool for 15 minutes. Invert onto serving plate and cool. Drizzle with citrus glaze if desired.

  4. Step 4
    Optional Glaze: In a medium bowl, beat 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 Tablespoon orange juice for 1 minute or until smooth. Add additional orange juice by the teaspoon for desired consistency.
