Warm, gooey, and packed with cozy apple-cinnamon flavor, this easy monkey bread comes together with just a few ingredients. Made with Lucky Leaf® Apple Fruit Filling and refrigerated cinnamon rolls, it’s the perfect pull-apart treat for brunch, dessert, or any time you’re craving something sweet and comforting.
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9 inch cake pan.
Step 2
Pour the can of Lucky Leaf Apple Fruit Filling into a medium bowl. Use kitchen scissors to roughly chop the apple slices into smaller pieces.
Step 3
Cut each cinnamon roll into six pieces and add to the bowl with the apples, reserving the icing. Toss gently to combine, then pour into the cake pan.
Step 4
In a small bowl combine the melted butter and brown sugar, mix. Pour over the apple and cinnamon roll mixture.
Step 5
Bake for 40-45 minutes. Drizzle with the reserved icing and serve warm.
