Light, airy, and beautifully puffed, this peach-topped Dutch Baby is the ultimate holiday breakfast or brunch glow-up—finished with warm cinnamon, powdered sugar, and a generous spoonful of Lucky Leaf Peach Fruit Filling.
Step 1
Place an oven-safe skillet in the oven and preheat to 425°F. Add the butter and let it melt for 5 minutes while the oven heats-it should sizzle and coat the bottom nicely.

In a blender, combine the flour, sugar, eggs, and milk. Blend for a few seconds until smooth and airy.
