Preheat oven to 350°.
Press cookie dough evenly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate that is about 2-inch deep. Bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
In the meantime, prepare the filling. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth. Stir in 1 can of fruit filling and pour over cooled crust.
Bake for 55-70 minutes, or until filling is set and golden brown.
Allow to cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Top with remaining can of fruit filling before serving.
