Caramel Apple Eggnog Sticky Pudding



  1. Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375° F. Line ramekins or cupcake tin, or spray 9" X 13" dish and set aside.

  2. Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients (except bread and caramel sauce), and mix with a whisk until well combined.

  3. Step 3
    Add bread to mixture and allow ingredients to soak about 15 minutes, until completely absorbed.

  4. Step 4
    Scoop into desired baking dish (3/4 full) and bake 30 - 35 minutes until top springs back. Drizzle with caramel sauce while warm. Serve warm.
