These Blueberry Brie Puff Pastry Bites are an easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer that looks fancy with minimal effort. Flaky puff pastry, melty brie, and Lucky Leaf® Blueberry Fruit Filling come together for the perfect sweet-and-savory bite—no chopping or extra prep required. Finished with fresh rosemary, they’re ideal for entertaining, holidays, or anytime you want a simple snack that feels special.
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll the thawed puff pastry into a rectangle about ⅛-inch thick.
Step 2
Cut the pastry into 24 even squares, about 2 inches wide. Trim edges if needed.
Step 3
Grease a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and gently press one pastry square into each cup.
Step 4
Cut the brie into 24 cubes, about 1 inch thick, and place one cube in the center of each pastry cup.
Step 5
Top each with 1 teaspoon of Lucky Leaf® Blueberry Fruit Filling.
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 7
Garnish with chopped rosemary and let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
