Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 1/4 cups Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Cold Butter, diced
  • 1/4 cup Water

Topping

  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Granola
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter

Directions

  1. Step 1
    In a bowl, mix all ingredients for the crust. Shape into a ball, wrap and refrigerate for 1.5-2 hours.

  2. Step 2
    Make topping. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except butter for topping. Then add the butter and work it with your fingertips until well blended and crumbly.

  3. Step 3
    Butter and flour 9 inch pie pan. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  4. Step 4
    Roll the dough out and put into the prepared 9 inch pie pan. Put the apple pie filling into the crust, sprinkle crumble and bake for 30-35 minutes.
