Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp salted butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 21 oz can Lucky Leaf Peach Fruit Filling
  • Cinnamon for sprinkling
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Directions

  1. Step 1
Place an oven-safe skillet in the oven and preheat to 425°F. Add the butter and let it melt for 5 minutes while the oven heats-it should sizzle and coat the bottom nicely.

  2. Step 2
In a blender, combine the flour, sugar, eggs, and milk. Blend for a few seconds until smooth and airy.

  3. Step 3
Carefully remove the hot pan from the oven and immediately pour in the batter. Return to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the Dutch Baby is dramatically puffed and beautifully golden.

  4. Step 4
Reduce the oven temperature to 300°F and bake for an additional 5 minutes to set the center.

  5. Step 5
Spoon a generous amount of Lucky Leaf Peach Fruit Filling over the warm Dutch Baby.

  6. Step 6
Sprinkle with cinnamon and a dusting of powdered sugar.

  7. Step 7
Cut into wedges and enjoy every peachy, buttery bite.
