Easy can still be extraordinary with this delightful no-bake cherry cheesecake. Cream cheese whipped into heavy cream with a dash of sugar and vanilla come together as the stage for luscious cherries. Step 1
If using a homemade graham cracker crust, prepare it and allow it to set.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, use a hand or stand mixer to cream the softened cream cheese until smooth. Then add the sugar, mix until smooth and scrape down the bowl with a rubber spatula.
Step 3
Next, add the heavy cream and vanilla extract and whip on high for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly throughout the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
Step 5
Evenly spoon and spread the Cherry Lucky Leaf Fruit Filling over the cheesecake layer.
Top with homemade or store bought whipped cream if desired.
