  1. Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375° F.Grease an 8" x 8" square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Line pan with parchment paper.

    Process pistachios, flour and sugar in food processor until finely ground.

    Add eggs and butter; pulse until the mixture just comes together.

  4. Step 4
    Press about half the mixture evenly in the prepared pan.

  5. Step 5
    Spread the cherry fruit filling evenly over the crust.

  6. Step 6
    Sprinkle remaining dough evenly over the top of the filling.

  7. Step 7
    Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown on top.

  8. Step 8
    Cool in pan; cut into squares, and serve.
