The Lucky Leaf Bake It Forward Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Knouse Foods Cooperative, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), on behalf of its Lucky Leaf brand. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
1. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, participating promotional partners, and their respective affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
Both the selected entrant and their nominated recipient must meet all eligibility requirements to receive a prize.
2. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Receipt of any prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules and fulfillment of all applicable requirements.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Lucky Leaf Bake It Forward Sweepstakes will take place from November 2, 2026, through November 6, 2026, with individual giveaway posts published throughout the promotional period.
Each daily giveaway will feature a separate prize package and an opportunity to enter.
All entries must be received by November 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
Entries received after this deadline will not be eligible.
4. Sweepstakes Entry
To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions provided in the applicable Lucky Leaf Bake It Forward Sweepstakes post published on the official Lucky Leaf Instagram account, @luckyleaffruitfilling.
Participants will be asked to nominate an individual they would like to celebrate and share why that individual deserves to receive the featured prize.
Each daily giveaway constitutes a separate drawing. Participants may enter multiple daily giveaways, provided they follow the instructions outlined in each respective post.
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, generated by automated means, or otherwise violate these Official Rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) eligible entrant from each daily giveaway to receive the featured prize package.
Each selected entrant and their nominated recipient will each receive one (1) prize package, for a total of two (2) prize packages awarded per daily giveaway.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each individual giveaway.
Selected entrants will be contacted through the social media platform on which they entered, via direct message or public response, using the official Lucky Leaf account.
Selected entrants must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification and provide the information requested by the Sponsor, including their first and last name, email address, mailing address, city, state, and ZIP code.
The Sponsor will also require the nominated recipient’s contact and shipping information to fulfill the additional prize. The nominated recipient must consent to receive the prize and provide any required information.
If a selected entrant or nominated recipient does not meet eligibility requirements, fails to respond within the designated period, or declines the prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the applicable selection and select an alternate eligible entrant or recipient, as appropriate.
6. Sweepstakes Prizes
Each daily Lucky Leaf Bake It Forward Sweepstakes post will identify the featured prize package and participating promotional partners.
The selected entrant and their nominated recipient will each receive the featured prize package associated with the applicable daily giveaway.
Prize packages may include Lucky Leaf products, baking ingredients, kitchen accessories, bakeware, and other products provided by participating promotional partners.
All prizes are subject to availability and any applicable restrictions. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with an item of equal or greater value if the originally advertised item becomes unavailable.
Prizes are nontransferable, nonassignable, and may not be redeemed for cash or other compensation.
The Sponsor will arrange shipment of prizes to eligible recipients within the United States. The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by winners or for circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect delivery.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes and expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
Limit one (1) prize package per person and household throughout the Sweepstakes.
7. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Knouse Foods Cooperative, Inc., Lucky Leaf, participating promotional partners, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to:
- Unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes.
- Technical errors involving computers, servers, social media platforms, internet connections, or network systems.
- Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications.
- Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries.
- Delays, losses, or damages occurring during prize shipment or delivery.
- Injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of a prize.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties will not be liable for punitive, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
8. Social Media Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or Facebook.
Participants fully release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability associated with this Sweepstakes.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected from selected entrants and nominated recipients will be used for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Sponsor’s privacy practices.
