Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease bundt pan well.
Sprinkle chopped walnuts on bottom of pan.
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add in brown sugar and pudding, and heat until dissolved, stirring frequently.
Cut apples in fruit filling into small chunks.
Layer one can of quartered biscuits in greased pan. Spoon half of fruit filling over top. Drizzle with half of butterscotch mixture. Add second can of quartered biscuits and top with the remainder of the fruit filling and butterscotch mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes, then cover top with foil. Bake covered another 25-35 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from oven, and let sit for 10 minutes. Turn over onto large plate to serve.
