Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2
Cut puff pastry sheets into 30 - 1" X 3" strips.
Step 3
Split the peppers in half and remove the seeds.
Step 4
Add berry fruit filling to each pepper - just enough to almost fill them.
Step 5
Place a slice of brie into the filling.
Step 6
Wrap a puff pastry sheet around each pepper and place on baking sheet.
Step 7
Brush each pastry covered pepper with a little bit of berry topping and a sprinkle of sugar.
Step 8
Bake at 350° until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
Be careful when handling; the peppers are hot.
