  1. Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease an 8x12-inch pan.

  2. Step 2
    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs singly and beat until light and fluffy. Add flour and lemon rind.

  3. Step 3
    Put 1/2 dough in prepared pan and cover with LUCKY LEAF Premium Apricot Pie Filling. Drop remaining dough over top.

  4. Step 4
    Bake for 45 minutes. Serve with light cream or milk.
