- 121-ounce can LUCKY LEAF® Premium Apple Pie Filling
- 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 28-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- ½cup sugar
- ¼teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼cup caramel topping
- 12pecan halves
- 2Tablespoons pecans, chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Reserve 3/4-cup of the LUCKY LEAF Premium Apple Pie Filling; set aside. Spoon remaining filling into the crust.
Beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth; add eggs and mix well. Pour this over the pie filling. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes, or until center of the cake is set.
Cool cake to room temperature. Mix the reserved pie filling and caramel topping in a small saucepan and heat for about 1 minute, or until spreadable. Spoon apple-caramel mixture over top of the cheesecake and spread evenly.
Decorate edge of the cake with pecan halves and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Refrigerate the cake until ready to serve.
