- 116-ounce tub refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 121-ounce can LUCKY LEAF® Regular or Premium Cherry Pie Filling
- non-stick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Separate sugar cookie dough in to 3/4-inch pieces and then gently roll them in to a ball. Place dough balls in a greased 24-cup mini-muffin pan (pan size usually 15 3/4 x 11-inch, 24 individual muffin cups).
Bake the sugar cookie balls for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and press an indent in the center of the baking dough with a small spoon. Fill the indentation with LUCKY LEAF Premium Cherry Pie Filling.
Place back in oven for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Cool 10 to 15 minutes before eating.
