Cherry Chocolate Almond Croissant Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 can LUCKY LEAF® Premium or Organic Apple Fruit Filling or Topping
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups eggnog
  • ¾ packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 16 pieces stale bread, cubed
  • 1 bottle caramel syrup

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°. Line ramekins or cupcake tin, or spray 9" X 13" dish and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients (except bread and caramel sauce), and mix with a whisk until well combined.  
Add bread to mixture and allow ingredients to soak about 15 minutes, until completely absorbed.
Scoop ino desired baking dish (3/4 full) and bake 30 - 35 minutes until top springs back. Drizzle with caramel sauce while warm. Serve warm.
