Ingredients
- 18-inch pie crust
- 120-ounce can LUCKY LEAF® Sliced Apples
- ⅔cup sugar
- 1Tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 4Tablespoons margarine, soft
- ¾teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine apples, sugar and flour. Bring mixture to a boil. Place boiling fruit mixture in bottom of a round 8-inch baking dish. Dot with butter or margarine, sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with thawed pie shell.
Bake cobbler for about 30 minutes.
