Right from the start, under Knouse’s leadership, Lucky Leaf apple sauce, apple butter and apple juice met with great success. Which made Knouse happy, along with moms and families.

Always looking for ways to improve its offerings to families, Lucky Leaf continued to expand its product line to accommodate the high-demand for quality, convenient fruit products. For instance, when more and more women found work outside the home, fewer and fewer were able to find time to can fruit and make pies from scratch. Ever the solution-savvy fruit company, Knouse created Lucky Leaf Ready-To-Use Fruited Pie Fillings.

Today, Lucky Leaf Pie Fillings are among Lucky Leaf’s best-selling products. They make a great recipe ingredient or an equally satisfying dessert topping. And naturally, preparing a recipe with Lucky Leaf is easy as, well, pie.
